For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Kutzleben, Bauer beim Abfüllen von Milch Zentralbild Zimmer 15.7.1960 Vorbildlicher Melkermeister. Ausgehend von der Losung "Mais-Milch-Überfluß" unternimmt Melkermeister Kurt Nehlert von VE Saatzuchtgut Kutzleben im Kreis Bad Langensalza große Anstrengungen, um hohe Leistungen zu erzielen. Heute schon sind im VEG Kutzleben Kühe mit einer durchschnittlichen Milchleistung von 7.000 kg und mehr keine Seltenheit.- Melkermeister Nehlert, der 54 Milchkühe betreut, und den Stall im Jahre 1951 mit einer Durchschnittsleistung vom 3 100 kg übernahm, hatte schon im vergangenen Jahr eine Stalldurchschnittsleistung von 4 760 kg, die er in diesem Jahr durch vorbildliche Pflege, richtige Fütterung und gute Betreuung der Tiere auf 4 800 kg erhöhen will. UBz: Melkermeister Nehlert vom VEG Kutzleben füllt durch seine vorbildliche und gewissenhafte Arbeit so manche Milchkanne und trägt dazu bei, dass der Plan im Marktaufkommen bei Milch erfüllt wird.
