For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Eichwege, Bauern mit Milchkannen Zentralbild Schutt Jeder Liter Milch kommt in die Molkerei. Die Vollversammlung der LPG "Philipp Müller", Eichwege, beschloß: Jeder Liter Milch kommt in die Molkerei. Die Viehpfleger nehmen zweiprozentige Vollmilch zurück und sichern die Aufzucht der Kälber durch Kälpan. In einem Stall wurde die Milchproduktion seit August von 183 auf 300 kg gesteigert. Reichliches Silofutter sichert trotz Dürreschäden die Futterversorgung bis zur neuen Ernte. UBz: Melkermeister Willi Stolpe (links), und Melker Richard Eisenblätter (Mitte) und Hannelore Robus, Agronomassistentin der LPG haben gut lachen, denn heute wurden wieder 27 Kannen mit 520 kg abgeliefert. Der Elektrokarren mit den leeren Kannen kommt von der Rampe der Molkerei zurück.
