Agenda
- Appointment and removal of Commons:Administrators, Commons:Bureaucrats, Commons:Checkusers and Commons:Oversighters.
- Details of appointment (vote results, links to request pages) or removal (reason, e.g. resignation, inactivity, decease). Grouped by appointment, honourable removal, or other removal, and arranged in this order. Sorted within each group first chronologically and then alphabetically.
- Appreciation for users who are honourably removed.
- Notices of major Wikimedia Commons events.
Schedule
- 1st draft due 30th day.
- 1st day asap, no later than 2nd day.
- check for additional changes.
- finalise text.

Volunteer staff changes
[edit]In December 2024, 2 sysops were elected; 1 sysop was removed. Currently, there are
Election:
- User:Auntof6 was elected (38/0/1) on 5 December.
- User:Triplec85 was elected (19/4/0) on 9 December.
Removal:
- User:JarrahTree passed away on 2 December.[1] He had served as sysop from 29 March 2010.
A big loss for our community. We thank him for his service.
